These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Keep On Going, Inc. ("KEEPON," "Keep On Going," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms primarily govern your access to and use of our consumer software products and related services, including our current and future branded mobile applications, websites, onboarding flows, AI coaching experiences, messaging channels, voice and call features, community features, subscription offerings, and related tools and support (collectively, the "Services").
Our Services include branded software experiences such as KEEPON, Movemeant, and Grow Different, and may include future brands, programs, or AI-coach products we operate. The Services also include LIVEON, a human-coaching service supported by KEEPON technology, to the extent described in the Human Coaching provisions and LIVEON Service Addendum later in these Terms. Keep On Going is the contracting company unless an applicable order or supplemental agreement expressly identifies otherwise.
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, starting a trial, or completing a purchase through a flow that presents these Terms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access, use, or purchase the Services.
We may also publish supplemental terms, notices, consents, waivers, order details, or feature-specific rules for certain Services. If supplemental terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms control for the applicable Service or purchase to the extent of the conflict.
The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
you are at least 18 years old;
you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
the information you provide to us is accurate, current, and not misleading;
you will comply with applicable law in your use of the Services; and
if you use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you have authority to bind that person or entity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, devices, phone numbers, and any other access methods linked to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us promptly if you believe an account, device, phone number, email address, or other access method linked to your account has been compromised.
Keep On Going operates AI-enabled fitness, wellness, accountability, and nutrition-coaching Services. The Services may include:
AI chat, AI voice, call-based, or messaging-based coaching experiences;
AI Coaches that are inspired by, informed by, or designed to emulate the style, philosophy, likeness, content, or voice of a real person, including creator-inspired coaches such as Coach Sam, Coach Ana, Coach Mare, or Coach Manu;
onboarding, support, billing, and community interactions through app, web, SMS, voice, email, or other supported channels;
workout plans, exercise guidance, movement routines, streaks, XP, check-ins, reminders, and accountability tooling;
