These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Keep On Going, Inc. d/b/a KEEPON ("KEEPON," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of KEEPON's products and services, including the KEEPON mobile application, website, waitlist and onboarding flows, Coach Sam and other AI-enabled chat or voice features, WhatsApp or SMS interactions, community features, notifications, subscription services, and any related content, tools, or support we make available (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms;
• the information you provide to KEEPON is accurate and not misleading; and
• your use of the Services will comply with applicable law.

We may refuse access to, suspend, or terminate accounts that do not satisfy these requirements.

2. The Services

KEEPON is an AI-enabled fitness, accountability, and nutrition-coaching platform. The Services may include:

• AI-generated chat and voice interactions, including interactions with Coach Sam or other coaches or personas;
• onboarding and support by app, web, WhatsApp, SMS, voice call, or other communication channels;
• workout-plan creation, workout tracking, check-ins, streaks, XP, and accountability features;
• social and community features such as posts, comments, likes, follows, profile discovery, leaderboards, and tagged content;
• image, audio, and location-based features;
• paid memberships, trials, subscriptions, and billing support; and
• updates, experiments, beta features, and other features we choose to offer.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
