("Keep On Going," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you use our consumer-facing products and services, including branded applications and websites, checkout and onboarding flows, AI coaching experiences, human coaching and personal training, voice and messaging features, community features, memberships, and related support (collectively, the "Services").

Our Services include branded experiences such as KEEPON, Movemeant, Grow Different, and LIVEON, and may include other company-operated brands and programs. This Policy applies across those Services unless we provide a more specific notice. Keep On Going is the controller or business responsible for the processing described here unless a specific notice says otherwise.

This Policy includes a Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice in Section 8. That section provides additional disclosures and rights for health information where consumer health privacy laws apply.

This Policy is a notice of our practices. Where law requires affirmative consent for sensitive health processing, call recording, marketing, or another activity, we will request that consent separately. You may choose not to provide information, but some Services cannot operate or be safely personalized without information they require.

• through your interactions with AI Coaching Assistants, Human Coaches, Providers, support personnel, and community features;
