This Privacy Policy explains how Keep On Going, Inc. d/b/a KEEPON ("KEEPON," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information about you when you use our products and services, including the KEEPON mobile application, website, waitlist and onboarding flows, AI chat and voice features, WhatsApp and SMS channels, community features, paid services, and related support and operational services (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect directly from you, automatically from your device or use of the Services, from your interactions with our coaches and systems, and from service providers or third parties acting on our behalf or in connection with the Services.

Information You Provide Directly

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

• name, display name, username, email address, phone number, and authentication identifiers;
• profile information such as profile image, country, and other account settings;
• onboarding responses, including age, gender, height, weight, workout goals, workout frequency, training background, motivations, injuries, pain points, restrictions, and other context you provide;
• nutrition-related inputs, preferences, and goals;
• messages, prompts, support requests, survey responses, forms, and feedback;
• photos, captions, comments, tags, and other content you create or upload; and
• subscription and billing information, including plan selections, Stripe customer and transaction metadata, and payment status information. KEEPON does not store full payment card numbers.

Information We Collect From Your Activity

We may collect information about how you use the Services, including:

• workout logs, check-ins, streaks, XP, weekly targets, routines, workout-plan activity, and progress history;
• posts, comments, likes, follows, tagged users, profile interactions, and leaderboard participation;
• timestamps, local date and time context, and usage activity related to chats, workouts, posts, and calls;
